"Honestly, kind of a disaster"
I was disappointed as soon as I opened the box. It just felt cheap right away, and after only using it a couple of times, it already seemed like it was falling apart. For the price, I expected way better. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it felt like I paid good money for something that gave up on life immediately. Definitely wouldn’t buy from here again...

"The Return Worked, But the Wait Was a Whole Saga"
I had to return one item, and to be fair, the return did go through in the end. But wow, the refund felt like it took ages longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the replies weren’t exactly lightning-fast. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a little more dramatic than it needed to be. A few better updates along the way would’ve made it feel way smoother.

"Decent prices, but worth comparing first"
I ordered a couple of things from juliettoys.com because the prices seemed reasonable compared to a few other sites I was checking. Some of the items were definitely a bit cheaper, but others were about the same or even not much of a deal, so I’d still compare before buying.

The quality was fine for what I paid, but nothing that really stood out. Shipping ended up costing more than I expected too, which made the overall value feel a little less impressive. Not a bad experience, just more average than amazing.

The package was not discreet at all, which was really frustrating. I also couldn’t tell who was actually responsible for the issue, the seller, the warehouse, or shipping, so it felt like no one really owned the problem.

My order showed up late, and I didn’t really get clear updates along the way. I get that delays happen, but I think it’s only fair to keep customers informed when they’ve paid and are waiting. The whole thing was frustrating

I had a quick question before placing my order and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me. It wasn’t instant, but it was definitely quicker than I expected.
The person I spoke with was friendly and actually answered my question properly, which I appreciated. I also realized I’d messed up part of my details, and they helped sort it out without making me feel like it was a big problem.
Overall, it was a smooth experience and the customer service made things easy. Nothing over the top, just helpful and straightforward, and I’d be happy to use them again.
